HVAC System RFP

The City of Ottawa is seeking proposals from qualified design-build contractors for improvements to the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems serving the Ottawa City Hall located at 101 S. Hickory St, Ottawa, KS 66067. The desired improvements include replacement of aging equipment, systems, and components. A preproposal meeting and building walk-through will be held on Thursday, 8/21/2025 at 10:00 AM at Ottawa City Hall. Sealed proposals must be received by Thursday, 09/11/2025 at 2:00 p.m.
