UPCOMING CONSTRUCTION AT CITY HALL

Important information about upcoming construction on the 2nd floor of City Hall:

Starting Monday 2-12-2024, the 2nd floor of City Hall will be undergoing renovations for approximately 6 weeks. During this time, the stairway leading to the 2nd floor will be closed.

Don't worry, your visit won't be disrupted!

Here's how you can access services and staff during construction:

• Check in at the double windows on the west side of the lobby. Our friendly staff will be happy to direct you or connect you with the right department.

• All services remain available. While some areas might be closed off, staff will still be reachable by phone or email.

• Library access remains unchanged. Visitors can access the library on the first floor and basement as usual.

If you want to skip the visit to City Hall, remember - you can conveniently pay your utility bill in several ways:

Online: www.otttawaks.gov and click “PAY BILL” to visit our online portal for quick and easy payments.

Over the phone: Call 785 229 3600 to make a payment during business hours.

Kiosk: Utilize the convenient kiosk located in the city hall parking lot for 24/7 payment options.
