The Human Resources Department supports the city by providing services that help employees thrive and ensure our organization runs smoothly. Our team oversees workforce planning, talent acquisition and onboarding, benefits and wellness programs, employee development, compensation and performance management, engagement initiatives, workers’ compensation, occupational health and safety, risk management, and compliance. We also provide guidance and technical support to supervisors and managers across the organization.
