Franklin County Crime Stoppers is a non-profit organization that provides rewards for tips that lead to an arrest for felony crimes.  You can remain anonymous!  Cash reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to a arrest/conviction. 

You choose how to submit your tip:

  • Find us on Facebook “Franklin County Crime Stoppers”  Click on “Submit a Tip” icon.  
  • Text your tip to 274637 or “CRIMES”.  Begin the text with the keyword “Franklin”. 
  • Submit tip from Smart phone.  Download mobile application “TipSubmit Mobile” to your smart phone.

  • Call 1-888-311-TIPS (8477)  (call center in Texas)

 All personal information is stripped from your tip by the TipSoft server before the information is sent to Law Enforcement.  You will be given a code that you will need to check the status of your tip including if you are granted a reward for your information.  Your information is anonymous with all of the methods listed above unless you choose to disclose your identity. 



   (Death Investigation)         



The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of Tonie Standley.  Tonie Standley was reported missing from her residence in Quenemo (Osage County) on December 9, 2006.  Tonie’s body was found in Franklin County, in the 300 block of Labette Terrace on December 22, 2006. 

Anyone with information about this crime should call the Franklin County Crime Stoppers at 1-888-311-TIPS (1-888-311-8477), submit a tip through Franklin County Crime Stopper’s Facebook account, text tip to 274637 (begin text with keyword “Franklin” or online at  Tipsters can remain anonymous. 


Franklin County Crime Stoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of any person(s) committing a crime in Franklin County, Kansas.
